Widow Daughter's property right over owned joint property by sons

My father has seven siblings of 3brothers and 4sisters. Most of them have their own house and shifted. My father and smaller uncle lives in our ancestral house which is a joint property own by them. The transfer of the ownership was done by my late grandmother. As my grandfather died at an early age. We have the deed from the court of the transfer of the individual ownership. The heirship certificate has been done. Mutation and affidavit has also been done. My father is the no.2 son. Now, the problem that starts is, one of my aunt, no.3 was widowed few years back, and was in a bad condition, so father thought to give her shelter in our property, a single room and with kitchen and bathroom. So that she could live properly. Now after couple of years later, she is demanding a portion of house in her name, and says will make us pay for we have deceitfully made a false deed of the house. She has stoop down so low that she abuses everybody in the house even her my father, elder to her. Has even complained to police station for we have MIS behaved with her and thrown her goods out of house. Life has been made miserable by her, due to our patience we just keep mum, as she is a lady and my aunt. The thing I want 2 ask is that, can we challenge hee in court for the property. And, the thing my father says that, as per court laws she is entitled to get a piece of the property as she is a girl child and a widow. This is the main question that I want to ask. And how to vacate her, if all things are against her .
