Leave and license agreement

I own a three storied building at Nagpur which I had given to director of a company in July16 with 11 mths leave and licensed agreement .He paid license fee upto sep16 and later in his own business he was arrested by indore court ( now he is in Jail). He locked all three floors and couldn't be contacted till today( 7-3-2016). His sister looks after the building apperntly. I wish to discontinue the agreement and he should vacate the house. The agreement is notorised but not regd. The clauses for not paying licensed fee up to 7th of every month and results in breach of aggreement is properly drafted. My que. is what is earliest way to get rid of him from the house. some body advised me , such legal matters shall take yrs to settle. And he loses in lower court he may challenge the same in high court. means more and more time/money consuming. My worries are 1.my loan installment is based on his license fee and it has stopped.2. Defaming in society. 3. I wish to occupy the house for my son's study purpose in Nagpur for education.( Presently I stay in small town near Nagpur (M.S.) and I don't have any house at Nagpur. pl advise what should I do? If notice is sent to mentioned address it shall be bounced as he is in jail. Further what will happen and can he use the premises even after the 11 mths.?
