Owner is not full Deposit

Hi, I currently stay in Bangalore and had rented a house in Srirampura Area. I rented 1 BHK house in June 2016 and have agreement for 11 months. Since I am getting married I informed my landlord before 3 months that I will be vacating the house in April 2017,which will be nine months from the agreement date.Landlord insisted me to pay for 2 months extra since I am leaving early even though the agreement didnt say anything about it.I requested him to reduce the additional charge and he agreed verbally that if he get a new tenant,he will consider. Last week he suddenly called me and told that he has got a new tenant I have to vacate in 1 week.Considering that he will be returning my deposit without any additional cut,I paid one month rent to agent to get a new house. Now after I vacated on 2 nd March and the new tenant has occupied,the landlord is saying that I still have to pay 2 months additional rent since I am leaving early. I paid a deposit of 1 Lakh out of which he will be charging 20000 for Painting,Rent for February 8500+500 for Water & Electricity and 17000 for 2 months rent.Please advice how to proceed further. I had given him verbal notice in the month of December 2016 about my shifting. Please advice how I can get back my deposit without any additional deduction. Which I am not ready to pay.
