Property claim

My grandfather has made some property in Masinagudi. When my grandfather died he did not make any will for the property. Now my grandmother is selling the property in her own in bits and pieces. My grand mother had 2 sons and 4 daughters. My grandmother got married all her daughter's to different places(3 daughter's to blore and 1daughter in the same village). One son died in his earlier age and he was unmarried. All the daughter's have one son and daughter each. 2 son is married and he has a daughter and 2 sons(even he passed away 4 years back). Few years back my grandmother distributed few portions of the land to all the 4 daughters. Now my uncle son is torturing my grandmother to sell the whole property and give the money to him. They have thrown out my grandmother from the house which she was staying and now she is staying in a shed. Since my mom is the elder daughter, can her son or daughter get the stay order in selling the property. Can the grand daughter or grand son claim the property. Or what legal steps needs to be taken from grand daughter or grand son end.
