Continous calls from Bajaj Finserv
Dear Sir,
Bajaj Finserv had opened a fake overdraft loan account on my behalf without my knowledge, when I received the confirmation call from them, I had written a mail to the grievance redressal team and consumer experience head informing them about the fake account and also informed them that I will not be responsible for any transaction thus done on the fake account.
I was assured over phone that the request will be taken care on priority. I haven't received any calls from them for next 2-3 days post assurance. But since them I am getting 3-4 telemarketing calls daily from Bajaj Finserv through IVR for their overdraft product. Since this is an IVR call. I am not able to reply on it. Initially I had ignored it, but, this is turning to be a mental harassment, the frequency has now increased, it is has not started affecting my professional and personal life.
My phone number is registered in do not disturb directory.
Please suggest if I can take a legal against Bajaj Finserv.
