Subsidy

We have purchase machinery and started business and for that we have avail loan from Bank of India Rs.13.50 Lacs and the subsidy is 2.71 Lcs dt. [deleted]. After that bank has to file subsidy paper and we have to counter sing on it we have told bank office for subsidy paper officer told me that your last date for filling subsidy paper is [deleted] so we have trusted on that we believe that it their routine work so they know better after that on [deleted] suddenly bank office ring me told me to come down to their office and then the told me to do the subsidy papper right now we have prepare the papper and the bank has submitted papers to their zonal office on [deleted] (last date for filling subsidy papper was [deleted]) after that zonal office forwarded their Mumbai office on [deleted] days late. On RTI application we came to know that the Mumbai office has not forwarded our papers to central govt as a result we lost our 2.71 Lacs due to Bank as not submitted our subsidy paper to the concern department. Now can we file case to consumer court as the unit is proprietary concern it is individual ‘s unit not company. Your advice will help me to take decision. Thanks
