Selection in Karnataka Public Service Commission

I am Ambika D/o Ishwar Sajjanshetty, residence of Konmelkunda, Bhalki, Bidar district, I had attended the exam for the post of Environment Engineer conducted by KPSC for vide Notification of: PSC 1 RTB-2/2015 with registration number 3003418. I have been shortlisted in Eligible candidates list, which was released by Karnataka Public Service Commission on 30th August, 2016 and called for the document verification process. I have attended the same on 08th September 2016, with my all required original documents and submitted the 2 sets of photocopy of the same. But, the revised list, which was released on 19th September, 2016; my name and registration number were dropped. When asked about it through RTI letter, it is told that I have been dropped from the selection list as I am ineligible due to technical reasons and as per revised eligibility criteria. (Ref: Letter dated [deleted], No:1664-1665) and also told that detail information pertaining to it will be provided once recruitment process is over (Ref: Letter dated [deleted], No: R(1)2237/2016-17/PSC). As the selection process is over and the KPSC has published the cutoff percentage for eligibility , the selection list of candidates and detailed marks obtained by the individual candidate on KPSC website. After I went through it, I feel that I have secured more marks than the candidate whom you have selected under the General Merit Rural Quota of Hyderabad-Karnataka
