Am i eligible for compensate for remaining period

Hi All, I have given resign in my current company. And the reason is that i didn’t got the appraisal in the present cycle and the reason from employer side is that they have fund issue due to brexit issue and most of our projects are of uk. However my performance is very good and i have completed 1 project and i have got appreciation from my client over the skype chat for my work. But i was frustrated and therfore i gave the resign. Now there is a clause in offer letter that there is a notice period of 3 months for both the parties or need to compensate with 3 months salary whatsoever is applicable. Now after my resignation company is relieving me within a month . So i just want to know am i eligible for remaining 2 months salary from company. I had words with hr and she told me you are not eligible in case of voluntary resignation . And we don't have any assigned work or dependencies so we are relieving you early. Please suggest me what should i do next. I have no job right now. And in my resignation letter i have clearly mentioned the reason of my resignation as no appraisal on time. Also i don't think company is facing any fund problem . There are lots of hiring going on at all the level and recently they have celebrated annual party. My comapny is llp. Please suggest what legally i can do.
