termination

Hi, I have given my resignation on 30 Nov ,2013.and my resignation was rejected by my manager on 10 dec , 2013 that some case is pending against you. You have to give clarification regarding that I have given a written clarification regarding that case . On 26 dec ,2013 I have given my resignation again and left that company with immediate effect as my boss is harrassing me. As I am getting a better oppurtunity in another company so I joined that company till date I am not terminated. I have also told to.my current employer that my resignation will not accepted. You have given the resignation it will accepted. On verification my previous employer given a negative verification and on 14 feb I have got my termination letter in which reason of termination is not mentioned and date of termination is not mentioned.I have to left that company due to my negative verification given by my previous employer. After that I marked a mail to my previous employer and they are unable to give me a satisfactory answer and they send me again termination letter having no date of termination mentioned on it with and no reason.right now I am jobless what should I do in that context....
