Employer not paying salary and used abused language.

Dear all, I joined the food & bevereges pvt ltd. This company dealing in food indestry and office address is Galleria mall office 102 mayur vihar ext. I joined this company as a sales officer on 21st Nov 2016. I was received appointment letter with package of 2.88 lacs pa and Rs. 24000 per month + 3000 for traveling convance + 3000 Daily convance total Rs 30000 per month. Since than I am reporting to the office on time and informing Hr on time for any leave and late coming But the company has no any Hr policy as such in favour of employees benefit at all. My team manager Mr Shabee Akhtar Rizvi his mobile no [deleted].I spent lot of money from my pocket on conveyance, events organised by company to generate leads not salary has been credited to my account yet while Salary has to be given on 10th of every month.when Director (Shickha Yadav)is asked for salary she says that your salary will release next month than i asked next month for salary she says again that your total salary released next month than i asked next month for salary she says that meet to the company MD (Parkash yadav)than i meet with Mr Parkash he says that your not able for salary or gali dene laga kehne laga tery kiya okat he or jab mene kaha sir ap mery salary de do bus to kehne laga nhi de raha hun jo krna he kr le fir mene kaha me police ke pass jaon ga to bola DSP mere jane wale he or police ko me kuch pese deker tery hddy pasly turwa dunga jab mene khan gunda gardy mat dikhao tu (Shickha yadav) boli mumbai me mere janne wale shooter he jo tujhe goli mar de ge. Ye word usne two people ke samne bole the one is super stokers (Bhanwary lal) his mobile no is [deleted] and second is Mr Faize ahmed his mobile no [deleted]. Sir than send msg to him that bolwalo shooter ko than mujhe ek police wale ka phone aya or bola tujhe mayur vihar police station me ana he he call to me on daily before 3 days. Sir mujhe bhut dar lag raha he me apne ap ko kuch kr lun ga or is ke jimme dar Delhi Police hogy because i called to Delhi police on 100 come police mens and hm logo ko jane ko bola fir ye sub kiya he sir. All they are culprit and involved in harassing empolyees. I request you please take the necessary actions against the food & beverages pvt ltd, Shickha Yadav,([deleted]) and company MD Parkash Yadav. There are other people who are victimized by food & beverages pvt ltd. they are having call 100 but kuch nhi howa. But i will not be silice because my family is suffering from it. Or mery wife ko phone kr ke bola gaya Abdul ko chup kr le nhi to pastaye gy kuch esa bola. Same Employees details whos have not received salary.
