For your reference, here's the information you provided about your matter: I have been fired by a company in 3 months. I lost the job in the previous company as well as the present. I don't have any job now. Is this unlawfull? Can I fight against it in the court? If so, what would be the judgement? The reason they had given for firing looks very silly . I had health problems . So had difficult time to work. May be they felt I am not working fine but the reasons they gave was different. They gave me warning letter and after few days they fired telling outcome of written warning. Surprisingly in the 3 months there was no work given. it was more like formal training. There was no probation period as such for the company I was given pay for 2 months notice period as per the policies. Reasons they mentioned were : Not wearing shoes ,belt and formal attire. Since I had health issues in the begining of the company (After joining 2 months) not able to establish good raport with manager would be the reason.
