Asset Transfer and division after Parents death

Hello, I need advice My mother and father both passed away They left their assets without any will Some asset belong to my father and some to my mother. I have 3 Elder sisters (married) and an elder brother (married) My brother made a pedigree and in that he included himself, his wife, his 3 year old daughter and me! He didn't include names of my sisters. Now he's going to apply for the transfer of the assets. My questions are.. 1) How will the assets be divided? I mean will it be divided 50-50 (me and my Brother) or My bother's wife and his kid will also get a part (25% each)? 2) Will my sisters have rights on the assets or will they get any part if they want? This pedigree thing was done by my brother without informing anyone, (legal or illegal I don't know)! 3) After this pedigree, my sisters have no rights on assets? Will they loose all their daughter rights as their names are not in the pedigree? If Yes... Is there anyway that they can get their rights legally? Please reply Thank You
