Negligence of hospital

Hello, My father who suffered from sudden involuntary motion problem joined a hospital on a sunday late evening as my parents thought it was loose motions problem. But the doctor told them it is related to heart being involuntary motion and treated for motion problem first and told them they will get an echo test next day. The hospital is posh but not completely equipped for Cardiac related problems. Having said this as it was late that night and he was treated for motions, inspite of seeing that the patient passed another motion during his sleep, they hospital did not care to advise my mother to take him to a hospital like Care hospital as it is heart related and they knew my father was a heart patient and had his second attack 9 years back and is maintaining since then. Hospital made my parents wait till evening saying the concerned to do the echo test is on his way, inspite of several followups by my brother and mother they kept pushing it till evening. Meanwhile, my father was ok as motions were controlled but his actual problem was not addressed nor he was guided to be taken to another hospital for cardiac related treatment nor was he discharged even on repeated request that they will get the test done in a good diagnostic center. Finally after repeated request that my father was doing fine, he was moving around on his own, on repeated request they discharged him. But meanwhile the echo test centers were closed and they returned home by 8:30 PM. My father looked fine, came home and that night around 10AM developed some restlessness and there was no time and he just collapsed and breathed his last. If only the hospital had guided us properly to take my father to a hospital with cardiac related treatment, things would have been different. Having all the facilities, we were not properly guided by this hospital which is a huge corporate hospital in the heart of the city of Vizag. We wish to teach the hospital a lesson not to cheat the patients like this and play with their lives. All the bills and statements are available. There was no proper care or attention in this hospital. We heard of a similar case from a colleagu whose father in law was taken for a different problem and finally in 5 days without a proper reason, the patient was declared dead. Some treatment was given but the bill was too huge. In a span of 2 months, seeing two cases, I strongly feel there is something fishy about this hospital and they work only to meet their targets. Such hospitals should be seized and locked as they are playing with lives of patients. How do we raise a complaint against them. I know it is past 6 months but we wish to stop others from getting duped by such hospitals. Please advise. As my mother is really suffering of guilt of taking my father to this hospital on that day.Our intent is purely to punish the hospital and help others from them.
