Bhumi Abhilekha rules & rights

Hi Sir, My self Vaibhav, from Pune. My father having 5.2 guntha land including house in village near ratnagiri. We did land measurement through bhumilekh before 4 years ago. The ZP school (left side) & aarogya hospital (front side) are near to our land. Some area of ZP school falls under our measured land. And we made solid compound to our measured land excluding school area. The grampanchayat is not happy with Bhumi Abhilekh measurement after 3 years. And suddenly the arranged measurement of aarogya hospital through bhumi abhilekha. Some peoples visited to measure aarogya hospital land. But instead of doing that activity they measured our land (because we are neighbor). There is difference between land measured by us & land measured by grampanchyat. Both the measurement done by Bhumi Abhilekh dept. So I have following concerns, can you please help with some suggestions - 1) Bhumi abhilekh have the rights to measure our land when they come to measure neighbors land? 2) How the measurement differ during two measurement? 3) Can we take over our measured land which is covered by ZP school? please suggest.
