Violation of injunction

Issue is regading a fence that we are constructing by the side of a pathway. Pathway is the border of our propery and another person named Sulaiman property. Now the width of existing psthway is 50cm. We started building our fence without touching the pathway .But our neighbour(kunjiraman) demolished that. Filed a petition and court granted injunction order in our favour. After that we started cultivation in our land. But our neighbour forcefully damaged those saying that we planted in their pathway. We installed cctv camera and all these are captured in the camera. Again they demolished a part of our fence and not allowing us to complete fencing work. We filed a complaint in police station. Police also not in our favour they didn't register case . Also not willing to give receipt for petition. After involving my friend who works in police department finally I got the receipt. We are ready to give one and half feet width of land from our side but our neighbour demanding more. What is the solution for this.
