Complaint against Apartment Owners Association

Recently i have been shifted to an appartment in Bangalore.Fully gated community,24*7security with all amenities.We also searched for good internet service providers and chose the best among those which is coming in a reasonable rate with excellent speed.Last week we received an Association notice.Mentioning a special column regarding INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS."We have allowed only Airtel and BSNL internet in our community,but some other internet providers have came inside connected their devices.We will be taking those services in a short time and people have to go for either Airtel or BSNL service providers. And soon after a day the association disconnected our internet service.We have done a lot of analysis for all providers and opted for one, which is through optical fibre and getting excellent speed without any disruptions.When we checked with our association authorities they were arguing with us telling those providers came inside the appartment without their knowledge.When those providers came initially for the installation these peoples only let them to come inside and soon after 7 months the association peoples are telling like this...Now they are not letting the technicians to come inside the appartment and fix the issue. I have also lived in other appartments in Bangalore where i have not seen any such issues like this.kindly help and provide your suggestions to overcome this situation. Not sure when the day ll come,where Association will stop us in getting any food from those shops where they're are not getting any profits...... Please provide your valuable inputs...
