Salary Not paying & Notice period for 3 months.

Dear Sir, i was working one of the company, i was resign my position on 7th of jan-2017. And i got a reply from HR department on 18th Jan-2017, and they are asking for 3 months Notice period. am not interested to work in that company why because CMD has given the harassment, Like when we put the resignation he was saying am giving the complaint to you and before 3 months you have to intimate and 3 months notice period need to work like that he was giving mental tarchar. And Company week points. 1. On-time they are not paying the salary (like Dec Month Salary next month Like Jan-17 dates 20,23,25,27) 2. As per Govt Leaves they are not give the holidays to employees 3. HR Department did not share the EL, CL Leaves.( when we ask the information about the EL/CL they are saying we are not maintained the EL/CL our company have our own rule's like that when we take the Leave for emergency that day they din't pay the salary. 4.HR department did not update The PF details for employees. Imp Note @ One of My friend was taking Leave for 2 months, at the same time he joined as Director for different company but he was not taking the salary he was getting shares, now the problem was after complete the leave CMD was file The case Section 420 & 408, FIR filing and he is in Police Custody. And without any notice & Information CMD was Terminate to My Friend and Me. so please give the advise what can we do, we both are middle class family we are depending on the salary how we will get the salary kindly share the information..
