Acquisition of land by my uncle

Dear sir the question i am going to ask you about land issue.This land approximately around 10000 sq ft has been purchased during sixties by my father and later my father got expired & automatically the land belongs to my mother as she is alive.We are 7 brothers & sisters to our parents & 5 of our brothers staying saperately with their family in a rented house & remaining 2 brothers is staying with my mother in my father's land.Unfortunately my mother got expired in the month of December 16 at around at the age of 92 & after some days my mother got expired one of the brother who is staying in the land of my father showing us our remaining brothers an agreement in Non judicial paper that my mother has given the entire land in his name.Therefore we remaining 6 brothers & sisters has no right in this land.Now please suggest us sir what to do now as this land is belongs to all brothers & sisters.We called a local Panchayat but the decision is given to his side.Wiil be waiting for your reply.Thank you
