Salary not received

Dear Sir/Mam, I was working for a Company from last 5 year i was always getting late salary from last 9 months i was not getting salary i was getting only travelling allowance and DA that to after 2 month i use to ask for my salary and every time they told will send there is some issue in company mean while i had collected money from customers and kept it with me and spend it for survival of my family daily need (for Fooding,Fee of children and other daily necessity),after several reminder when i understand that they are not going to give me my due salary i left company and join other company,when my previous employer received my resignation they denied to accept the same and tell me to deposit company money i told them that since i spend the same for survival of my family so please do favour you please settle my account with company if my due come then i will give chq and if company due come company will pay me, but they are now denying for same and telling me that they will do FIR against me. Sir/Mam please suggest me what should i do as in past they mentally harassed me by not giving my salary and when i join new company they are telling that they will complain to my current employer and do FIR to against me .
