Property Share in Grandgfather

Hi I am the only child of my parents, i have few question, please answer them if you can, i will be very thankful to you. My father was born in 1947, when he born his mother (my grandmother) got died.Then after sometime his father (my grandfather) got married with the sister of his first wife( my grandmother's sister). With second wife they have two son and one daughter. When my father passed 12th, he had use to doing job outside hometown and come home monthly because my second grandmother did not like my father really. In 1982, my father got married and start living in another city due to Job. In 1994, my father got died in accident. After few months my grandfather also got died because my dad was very closed to him. After all this, when my mother asked to my second grandmother for my father's share because my mom & me don't have any source of Income and even not have any own property, we had lived in a rental house. Then my grand mother denied to give anything. In 1996, my mom's parents decide to do second marriage of my mom because i was only 9 yrs old at that time and its very hard for my mom to bear all living exp & my education etc. My mom did not file a case because she don't have any support. But i tried many times, even i had visited to my second grandmother but she clearly denied to give my share. Now please guide me is there my right in that property and if yes then how can i get that.
