Counting Past Service for Pension purpose
Sir,
1) I was appointed in Mar 2002 as a civilian employee in the Central Government Department (Min of Defence)in old pension & GPF Scheme .
2) Then I applied through proper Channel for higher post in Maharashtra State Power Generation Company. after getting NOC & proper reliving order I joined the said post in Nov 2010.
3) My defence department has transferred only my GPF to new state department. MSPGCL has opened new CPF account for me & credited my GPF amount in the CPF account.
4) i have completed 08 Years & 08 Months in the Central Government but they have not transferred or issued my Leave encasement amount or Graduaty to new department stating that you are not retired or resigned from service, you are way on deputation to MSPGCL.
5) Then after completion of 05 Years & 01 Months but MSPGCl has also not counted my past service & not given my past service benefits
6) though once again I applied through proper channel for higher post in the Central Govt. (Department of Atomic Energy) and joined in the same in Dec 2015.
7) Now DAE treated me as a fresh recruited in New Pension Scheme and not restored my GPF account & not considered my Defence Civilian and MSPGCL service for old pension scheme.
8) however i have declared I would pay the complete CPF with interest as well as any other penalty to continue my old pension scheme 1972.
9) so please guide me what i have to do for the counting past service for pension purpose.
Regards
