Breech of trust

Dear Sir I did FIR under a section 406 on my younger brother.Because he taken my truck.Actually i have taken loan of 21 lac for 5 years from bank in year 2011only for younger brother.He purcheged a truck and told me that i will deposit EMI every month regularly and will try my best to complete loan before 5 years.But from bigining he was not depositing EMI on regularly.After recieving notice from bank,I alway remind him but he was careless.After some time Notice was not coming bank,so i thought that he depositing EMI.Then i was happy.But suddenly i recoeved Lok adalat notice from court.I deposit all loan on lok adalat date after mutual understang of final amount.Now i was demonding to my brother to sale out truck and return my amount which deposited by me in bank to clear loan.But he was not ready to either sale out truck nor return to me.He stared to tell me that you keep quit otherwise i sold your truck and will not give any money and sone time say that i supply drugs with truck and you would be arrested through out your life. After listening such type of statement i did FIR on dated 20 oct.2016.FIR is launched under section 406.But my younger brother give cash to investigation officer for delay.I follow investigation officer of police chauki but he insult me in front of younger brother which proved that he taken bribe to my younger brother.Now today is 27 oct 2016 but till today there is no any progress.I always talked to investigation officer he tell me that i give report that he is returning truck but i am not getting.He is delaying.Finally no result. Now i am too much depress.What should i do and pls also tell that if implement charge sheet when i will get my truck then i could sale my truck to full fill my loan amount.My younger brother will arrest or not. One thing more if i truck recieved and sold out bellow the loan amount which deposited by me.Then what can i do for rest amount.Can i do other FIR for getting rest amount.
