Freedom fighter Grand children quota benefit

Freedom fighter Grand children quota benefit when his daughter got married in the state Other than the freedom fighter state. Hi Team, I am a resident of Haryana state and have certain queries on the concept of ‘Freedom fighter Quota benefit’. I was born in Haryana. My maternal grandfather ( nana) was resided in rajasthan but later on he was shifted in Haryana permanently. My maternal Grandfather (nana) was declared freedom fighter by the state of Rajasthan. Also, he made all his document such as Domicile, aadhar card, voter card, pan card certificate of Haryana except taking pension of freedom fighter from Rajasthan. My mother was born in Haryana state. My mother has married in Haryana and I completed all my education (till post graduation from Haryana and also obtained all document such as Domicile of Haryana, aadhar card, voter card, pan card certificate. Neither l nor my mother has any document of Rajasthan. My maternal grandmother (nani) is getting freedom fighter pension from Rajasthan Government at present because my maternal grandfather (nana) got expired. A chowk was built on the name of my maternal Grandfather (nana) by my maternal uncle after my maternal grandfather (nana) got expired. Later, it was made legal and was passed by committee of district in which my maternal grandfather (nana) was residing in Haryana. As per law and interpretation of various judgments, as a maternal grand-son of a freedom fighter, I am eligible to take Freedom fighter Quota benefit. Basis the above points related to my historical background, request your interpretation and clarification on the following: 1. Can I avail the quota benefit from Haryana government as my mother who is daughter of freedom fighter got married in Haryana state other than the state of freedom fighter. If so, what is the process of the doing the same?. Further, this might not be compared to SC/ ST/ OBC quota as the definition of these differ from state to state. A freedom fighter, though declared so by a state government, remains a freedom fighter for the country. Hence, his/ her heirs should be able to avail related benefits of their current state of residence or at least he/she should be able to get this benefit in the state of his/her choice.
