Right of House

I am an 29 yr old educated unmarried male from West Bengal.we live together in a house bought by my father.my mother has neurotic problem n there are clinical n medical evidences in support of this. My father often boasts that since it is his house, he can do anything and I need to bear with him and my neurotic mother.i really don't know how to legally and ethically n clinically define mental torture,but I sometimes think of committing suicide.he sometimes abuses me physically and sorry to say,i do retaliate.i am aware of Bombay hc verdict where an adult male cannot claim any right on his father's property.just I would like to ask am I so helpless in this matter where even being their son I have no right on the house which my neurotic mother has?am I supposed to endure everything n all the abuses?I cannot take legal action against the abuses because he is my father that is on ethical n moral ground.what hurts me is the way he often rudely asks me to get away from "his house"?will any legal action be fruitful on my part?seeking opinion.thanks.
