False commitment by employer for hiding the actual facts

I joined a leading MNC in Bangalore on a third party payroll with 7 yars of experience in my domain. The third party contacted me and told it would be a long term project and after 4 months I would be come into payroll of that MNC. I accepted the offer with package of 8.8 lacs/yr and resigned from my current company. After one week I got a call from a person from that third party saying that the package would be reduced to 8.1 lacs/yr as there will be TDS deduction and no paid leave condition with the old package offered and the MNC would give 30% hike after 4 months when they take me on their payroll and these all had been confirmed by the MNC HR. As I had resigned from the current job I had to accept the offer. The one page offer letter they provided contained only the package information and some terms and conditions. On the joining day in that MNC I was handed over a six months contract. When I enquired that same person in that third party (my official employer) assured that it is simply a formality of that MNC before taking on payroll and within four months I would be taken on their payroll with 30% hike. After one week of joining I got an appointment letter from that third party which had the terms and conditions in detail and it was mentioned that there would be three months notice period if I want to leave the job or I have to pay the amount to them for not serving notice period. But after 6 months there is no such initiative by that MNC to take me on payroll. Only my contract has been extended twice for 1.5 months and 2 months. When enquired with my employer regarding it they are telling that they don't have any information. But it is clear that if that contract by the MNC is not extended further I will be jobless as I wont be billable with that MNC so my employer wont pay me. Now my questions are: 1. Can I file a case against my employer (the third party ) for making intentional false commitment (like handing 6 months contract instead of long term assignment; falsely promising 30% hike on the MNC's behalf ) which may lead to a situation where I will be jobless 2. When enquired about the long term assignment vs 6 months contract dillema my employer told 'the long term assignment' was coined by the MNC. Can I file a case against the MNC too? 3. If I get a job now am I bound to server 3 months notice period or paying compensation as it was not informed before joining? 4. If my employer informs me before 1 month that the contract is going to be end which will eventually make me jobless can I claim 2 months salary from them as they have not serve me 3 months notice? 5. Can I demand compensation from my employer for bringing me a temporary role from a permanent role with false commitment
