Non issuance of withdrawal slip by the bank manager.

Dear Sir, I want to bring to your notice that I have been harassed by Mr. Nitin Garg(Branch Manager) and Mr. Mikhil Gupta(Branch Official). I have been going to the branch for past several days to withdraw cash and i have been denied every time due to the reasons best known to the persons mentioned above. Today, I have gone to the branch and asked the official Mr. Mikhil Gupta to either give me loose leaves or provide me debit voucher for withdrawal of cash but he straight away refused me to provide me the leaves and asked me to come tomorrow which is happening for past few day. Then, I went to the branch manager, he also refused me and his tone was very rude. I was totally harassed and disappointed by the said official. I understand that cash availability is short but they can't refuse me to give me the debit voucher or loose leaves so that i can withdraw money next day when cash is available. At least , debit voucher or withdrawal slip is always be there, No line is to be made for obtaining the debit voucher, it is available at some place like in other banks branches. Overall the customer service by the Barnala branch of REPUTED BANK LIKE DENA BANK has been degraded continously and if it continues, the Reputed Image of the DENA BANK IS TOTALLY SUNKED BY THE BANK BRANCH(1828) and BANK'S OWN VISION that is 'TRUSTED FAMILY BANK' will destroyed soon. Hope you will resolve my issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thanks. Vishu Tripathi
