Non payment of interest and maturity value of unitech fd

Sirs, I had invested Rs 1,00,000.00 in UNITECH FD on 18-7-2013 for 3 years at an interest rate of 12.50% to be paid quarterly. However, no interest has been paid by them for last two financial years and the maturity amount has also not been paid on completion of 3 years. They had vide their letter of 13 Feb 2015, informed that they have approached CLB for deferring the payment of maturity value to the investors, but have not intimated the decision of the CLB. They have also not paid the quarterly interests due, though deferring that was not one of the requests made by them to the CLB. My repeated e-mail requests to them to pay the Interests due have not yielded any result or response from them. I have not forwarded the FD receipt to them as yet for payment of maturity value since some Interest payments are still due and also due to apprehension that they may willfully misplace the same. Kindly advice the action which should be taken by me to recover the accrued interests and the Principal amount. If approaching a Consumer Court is the solution, please advice if I can do so at Kolkata (Where I reside), though the Registered Office of Unitech Ltd is at Saket, New Delhi
