My Company not Giving My Salary

Dear Sir/Mam. My Company doing 420 with me not giving my salary till 48 Days. 24 October i had join this company As a AREA SALES MANAGER. Company name EAT N FIT AGRO FOOD PVT Ltd . I paid 15000 Rs also for the joining. This company VP Mr. Shyam Sinha is Running a Cunseltency where some Person done fraud easily of any unemployed Person. They are doing very Well organised fraud. There are 4 Main Members 1- Shyam Ji Shinna (VP of the company). 2- Pankaj He sit in Agra office. and take 15000 Rs for the joining 3- Sonia Shigmar (HR, Seale CO-ORDINATOR, Trainer, etc. she is doing call and Mails. 4- Vini sharma. she called first and offering for the job. Now these All are not picking my Phone not replying my Sms and e mail. My last Company is INSOLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES where i Worked as a BRANCH MANAGER. i want to join any FMCG Company's thats why i join this . but last 2 month i have no income. i spent my all money for the company like searching Distributors wholesalers. going lots of places. now Shyam Sinna told me if you give no Business we will not pay you any Amount. but during interview he did not told me like that. hi told me you just go Resign you current Job and start working with us. He Give me 5.56 lack yearly package. from the 24oct to till now my salary is 75656. Im not Saying To Mr VP. that give me full salary but give me some even half salary. for serviving my family needs. when any Distributors is ready to take your distribution ship so give my full salary. Now Plz suggest these all are not picking my phone not replying my mail and Sms. by this i have 28000 Rs loss. please help me what can i do against these all. bcz Many of unemployed new job finder. and many more frauded by these all. if they are all able to join 15 new job finder so they will earn 15000 × 15 = 225000 every month. its a big amount.
