Personal loan

Hello, I had taken a Personal loan from axis bank some 3 years back , when i took the loan they told me it was for 3 years ,but later i found out it was for 4 years .i have been paying my emi for 3 years now .i was only late on 1 month Emi . the Emi would come in my account on 5th but since i dint have money i would pay the EMI on the 30th of the same month when i get my next month salary .but since the Emi would bounce the bank kept charging late fees in several thousands in total . they would but my bank account in minus X amount every month . i thought it was for emi but later i came to know it is for late charges .when i spoke to a recovery agent he told me that it was a one time thing and it wont happen again . the very next month the bank deducted 15000 rs from my account when my emi is only 4260 . i have since changed my account . but i fear that the bank will now harrass me to pay EMi ,i am totally out of cash .and i had to borrow money form others cuz the bank took such a big chunk of my salary . i dont think i would be able to pay the bank EMI for the next couple of months . cuz i have to pay others. also i fear that the bank will say i am 3 months behind .that is what they said last month .but as far as i know they have been taking emi amount every month .and last month took 15k . i think they will again say it was late payment charges . nobody from the bank has called me yet this month .i havent paid the EMI this month .but i think they would come at the end of the month and put a lot of pressure on me. i only have 10-11 months EMI left to pay which is around 42k .i want to know what would happen ,the bank keeps threatning me with legal actions . i have been paying them for so long wish i had little more time . when i ask the bank for time they say pay the EMI first then talk .
