Confused on what to do next

Recently out of curiosity I joined a part time job in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I was skeptical at first but by looking at the skills of the employees there in means of convincing I was convinced and gave a shot with them by paying a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000 along. They had an agreement made up along with a Rs.100 stamp paper, the agreement was in Hinglish(Hindi and English words in between of the sentences). Now the job according to their agreement said that after 2 successful submissions I would be getting my security deposit back. The payment was supposed to be weekly and the minimum submission was supposed to be 1500 in order to be eligible. And in case I do want to back off with this job I will have to wait for 100 days to claim the security deposit back and if by chance am in urgent need, they will only refund Rs. 1000 on the spot and the rest would deducted as to god knows what charges. Anyway, the promised me a demo which was immature and incomplete with few of the information uninformed. As slowly I started understanding the system I started facing more problems, support is almost closer to 0, they hardly pick up calls. I have visited their branch twice already and all I get is useless excuses and false promises, so I have two options left but I would like to get an opinion before hand as a backup plan if required. My issue now is, I have wasted my time and effort to work for nothing, I feel like being mentally harassed though I have been doing most of the work correctly for which I have proof along with the calls and messages sent to them. I have video and audio records of the same, I made these due to me being skeptical. So, what should be my next step as they are still stuck with their 100 days refund policy but my question is why should I wait for 100 days when I am not quitting due to any issues from my side but because they eventually don't want me to complete the task or don't want to fix the system in order for me to get paid. I can upload the required videos or documents if required but I need an advice of whether to approach Police to file a case or to send them a legal notice or whatever is available for me in order to get my money back from them and maybe close them down for good.
