Hindu marriage act sec12

This is my Brother case. marriage on 13/12/2015,she was pregnant at the time of marriage 51days,all medical reports available. on 13jan2016 my brother file the case 420etc and on 18jan2016 applied sec 12 hindu marriage act nullity of marriage. usk baad ladki wlo ne notice received k baad court me aaye nhi 16march 2016 ko humare pure pariwar k against 156/3 me 498a.etc me FIR kar di.she blame ground - ladka shaadi se phele usk ghar milne gya the thats why wo pregnant hui,but ladka shaadi se 6 mahine phele se hi on duty in CRPF chathisgarh me tha. police submitted FR(ladki shaadi se phele kisi anya vaykti se garbwati thi apne dosho ko chupane hetu mukadma kayam karaya gya tha),court also accepted, ladk ne kabhi bhi shaadi se phele ladki se nahi mila or na hi baat kri. ipc 420 etc me wo sab log talab hai but court me nahi aa rhe hai. police FR k baad ladki ne mre bhai pr sec 125 kr diya. kya mre bhai ko sec125 dena padega. or sec 12 judgement near hai,to ladki ne sec24 manga or mre bhai se aane jane k liye 5000/month receive kiya. after that judgement rokne k liye high court Allahabad me transfer application dali jo rejected ho gyi.than phr high court phele application bina bataye transfer application again dal di,jisme mre bhai se jawab manga hai,jabki sec 12 near by judgement hai,highcourt Allahabad ki sec 12 me direction bhi hai, kya case transfer ruk skta hai kya please help us guide us
