Acquisition of land

Three bigha 13 biswa 6 biswansi was acquired by industry department of Utterpradesh on 20-2-1983,and compensation rs:80000 where paid for araji no:[deleted] ragba no:1.4.2-2.9.4-1.2.12 respectively a case was filed before D.J Ghazipur to enhance the compensation but the same was rejected on 31-1-51 a petition was filed before Allahabad high court to enhance the amount but it was dismissed on default of pleader on [deleted], in November 2013 a restoration petition was field which is yet to be heard. The Upaukt industry department auction the land Arazi No:3142(1.4.2) 3143(2.9.4) 3144(1.2.12) total 4.15.18 on rs10 non-judical stamp total rs100 on 30.7.14 and the same was registered on 11.2.2016 , to a private trust for technique institution and education purpose Araji no:3144 Ragba 1.2.2012 has been entered on the name of industry as per section 41 . and rest no: 3142,3143 are on the name of under signed. where the entire land has been sold to private trust The Section 4 , Chuk-bandi-adhi-niyam was promulgated on 13-12-69 and section 52 was promulgated on 29.9.2003 after Chuck-bandi old Aragi No:3142 Ragba 1.4.2 was chnged to 3311 and 3143 was change to 3309 on which we had our occupation .will Udog department can sale the land on old number Please advise accordingly and also farther course of action
