I possess more than 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, NBFC matters, FEMA issues, Board Management, Legal matters and other corporate matters. He has worked in different Industry verticals ranging from financial to manufacturing and held key management positions in various companies. He holds strong foothold in NBFC matters, FDI regulations, Legal Due Diligence, Corporate Law Consultancy and played multidimensional role ranging from managing overall day to day affairs of the Company to advising and guiding the Board on various matters.
I am the driving force behind setting up a Housing Finance Company and a Brokerage House and setting up the procedures and policies for its operations. I specialize in handling the complexities involved in transactions related to M&A (RD/ROC/OL level), approvals relating to relocation, FDI, corporate restructuring etc. I advises clients on corporate strategies like exit strategy, buy back, DTAA etc.
I possess good drafting skills and having experience in drafting various contracts according to the needs of business. Being a trade mark attorney, I help the organizations to secure their Intellectual Property Rights.
On Startup front, I handhold the Startups entities and provides consultancy to Startup entrepreneurs on various matters. I am acting as a Jury member for TiE Bangalore women cell and IIT Patna Incubation Cell.
