Prashant Kanha, Advocate pursued and collected his B.A., LL.B ( a double degree integrated course combining Bachelors’ Degree in Bachelor of Arts together with the Bachelors’ degree course in law) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow in 2011 with distinction. His schooling has been from different schools including convents, public, air force and army schools. Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh granted him enrollment in 2011 and that very same year he appeared in All India Bar Examination and the Bar Council of India conferred him with the Certificate of Practice.

He is licensed to plead and appear in all the courts in India. He was received at Bar by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad High Court in the year 2012. He is practising before Hon'ble Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
