I am practicing as a lawyer in Allahabad High Court for last 8 plus years since July 2008. I have been working with Mr. V.P. Srivastava, Senior Advocate, assisted him as a junior lawyer. I have got experience in criminal litigation. Also I am working along with Mr. Ramendra Asthana, Advocate, having experience in practice of civil litigation.Below is the details of the work experience-
• Drafting & Pleading of Criminal Writ, Bail Application, FIR/Charge sheet/Complaint- Quashing Application(under section 482, Cr.P.C), Appeal and Revision in matters under I.P.C, u/s 138 N.I.A, N.D.P.S., Food Safety & other minor Acts.
• Drafting & Pleading of Writs, First/Second Appeal in matters of Rent & Eviction, UP Land Laws(Land Revenue, Consolidation, Urban Ceiling & Stamp), UP Local Bodies Laws(matters relating to Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Panchayat Raj), Service matters, Motor Vehicle Accidental claims.
· Pleaded and argued many cases before the Hon’ble High Court, District Court, Central Administrative Tribunal and Consumer Forum.
· Research and analysis of cases relevant in criminal and civil litigation.
