Anchita Nirgudkar

Anchita Nirgudkar has completed her Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the reputed Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 2013. During her college years, she has completed her solicitor’s articleship for reputed firm M/s Kanga & Company (Mumbai). She was a former Associate with DSK Legal (Mumbai) and Udwadia & Company (formerly known as Udwadia, Udeshi & Argus Partners). Thereafter, she worked as an in-house counsel with Tech Mahindra Limited (Pune) (Mumbai). After her stint with Tech Mahindra Limited (Pune), she decided to start working as an independent lawyer. In addition to handling legal issues independently, she has collaborated with Integrum Consultancy (Pune) and SP Legal (Mumbai). She has an experience of approximately 5 years in the Legal Profession. Anchita is adept to handling corporate requirements of the clients (including incorporation of the company till drafting of Master Service Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Partnership Agreements or any other documents on case to case basis) dispute resolution (civil and commercial, mediation and arbitrations) as well as real estate (conveyancing) transactions. Anchita is also a meticulous worker and is dedicated to constant growth in the legal profession.
