b) Drafting of notices, plaints, applications, written statements, say/ reply to applications, leading evidence, taking cross-examination, arguments etc., on Civil Original Side, initially in the Courts situate at Raigad and Thane District.

c) Settlement of Drafts and Drafting and presenting Appeals, Writ Petitions and filing the same in High Court of Judicature Bombay on Civil Side and conducting the same and also conducting for and on behalf of other Advocates.

d) Appearing for various accused involved in offences triable by Sessions Court as well as Special Courts (Designated Courts) and conducting the same and also for and on behalf of other Advocates.

e) Settlement of Drafts and Drafting and presenting the Civil Writ Petitions, Criminal Writ Petitions, Civil Appeals (First Appeals, Second Appeals), Revision Applications, and Appeal from Orders, etc., to High Court and also Criminal Bail Applications, Criminal Appeals to High Court at Bombay and conducting the same and also for and on behalf of other Advocates.

f) I am appearing in Civil, Criminal, Revenue, & Matrimonial matters and also preparing Draft for Bank Matters, Opinion on Titles, as well as Drafting Deeds & Documents. I have knowledge of banking laws.
