1) You can disown your daughter by issue of public notice in two national news paper, one is English and another is Hindi or any regional language news paper.

1. There is no provision in the world by which you can legally disown any of your children.

2. To ensure that she does not get any share of your properties after your demise, either gift those properties to whoever you feel like or execute and register a will bequeathing all your properties to your chosen persons clearly mentioning there in that you do not want bto give any share of your properties to your said daughter under any circumstances.

3. The above will shall suffice your purpose.

4. Any declaration/affidavit and/or its subsequent publication may encourage her legal retaliation by filing defamation suit against you which should be avoided by you.

There is no provision i law to disown the relationship between father and his daughter..

This is not a marital relationship that can be dissolved by a court decree.

If she is not heard of for a reasonable period you my lodge a complaint for man missing and can be considered that she is missing until she returns or on completion of seven years period you may file a petition before court competent to declare her as civil dead as she has not been heard of for all these period.
