My wife ran away with her class mate
It's been one and half year of our marriage, my wife was studying in a college away from us, and few days back we got to know that she has ran away with her class mate, from her friends and girls in the hostel we got to know that she was having an affair with his class mate.
Now, what will be the most easiest approach to get divorce, without getting involved in any complicated court or case kind of issues.... As we can not accept her back in our family.
Thanks for your advise and valuable time.

Information in details:
It's been one and half year of our marriage, my wife was studying in a college away from us in (Durgapur), and few days back we got to know that she has been missing, So we filed a missing report.
upon further investigation with other students of the college and girls of her hostel we got to know that she was having love affair with one of her class mate and she has ran away with him. We spoke with the boy's father and got to know that he too is also been missing from the same date and time, as of now they are untraceable.
Now, what will be the most easiest approach to get divorce, without getting involved in any complicated court or case kind of issues.... As we can not accept her back in our family.
The inspector at the police station said that there is a procedure in which we need to send three notices at every 2 months via the court to the wife's home and if there is no response there it will lead to divorce.
Hence wish to know further on this. Thanks for your advise and valuable time.
