Can a Pil be filed against the reservations of quotas for the candidates in the municipality elections? & also for the announcement of reserved constituancies to be made 6 months earlier to the date of polling?

Hello,

The issue of reservation has been challenged before the supreme court a number of times. I suggest that you go through those cases before going ahead. You can easily find them on google.

Well if the reservation has been extended in violation of the law laid down by the SC then it surely can be filed an even successfully prosecuted.
