And they are accepting money from almost all the banks in any state. Please advice me, how is it possible or how can we start such business within the laws of india.

Basic Idea is providing People, a safe and secure platform for playing Poker [Card Game] with Real Money ( Which is illegal ). Take Website like adda52.com as an example. What they are doing is, They are selling Cash Points just like a Product, sold on a e-commerce website, letting people play Poker with these cash Points. Eventually People are playing poker with their Money. So I wanted to ask you the Risks involved and what Can we do to run this kind of website, in a Legal way.
