Minimum 6 months to a year. In case of contesting it anywhere up to 5 years or above.

Dear Sirs, After the marriage, what is the minimum period required for the married couple to file a Mutual Consent petition for Divorce in AP Courts. Is there a any difference on the above matter in case of contested divorce. Regards, Venkat.
