I have applied for Arms License in Punjab. I have completed all the formalities including medical, police verification and training. But SSP office is not forwarding my file to DC office. They have kept the file pending for more than six months. I have met the SSP personally also in his office but nothing happened. I have two questions: 1. How can I file RTI to SSP office for asking reasons for not clearing my file? 2. To whom I can appeal against SSP office for keeping my file pending without describing any reason?
