• Can i scold a other’s child that make her cry?

Girl A is in 5th stabdard girl B is in 4rth standard. Now they were together A and B quarrelled. B complaint it to her mother. So her mother scold and makes A cry and make feels her disrespecting infront of other friends, when there was no other elder. B’s mom is simply act as a fool ratger than talking with A’s parents.
My equation is what the legal procedure one can take against B’s mother so she got the sens of adult responsibility. What is the riles for child dignity and protection regarding this situation.

Dear client,

Sorry to inform you that no legal action can be taken in such cases as the parent shouted on that child and if any child is scolded he or she will cry. If in case the parent would have hit her or assaulted her then a legal action could have taken place.

Hope this helps you.

Act of B's mother is no doubt not an appreciable job.

She should have restrained from indulging in scolding or chiding the other girl that too in an insulting manner.

However A's mother can either report the matter to the school authorities if this incident took place within school premises or can ask B's mother about her authority to insult her child.

This is a matter between two children, hence interfering in the matter between two children by their respective parents may escalate the matter to an embarrassing situation to both the sides, hence this sensitive matter should be handled very cautiously.

In that case the school authorities will not interfere in this.

Since this do not appear to be very serious issue so far, hence it would be better to solve the issue by talking to each other in a consoling manner and reconcile the difference instead of planning any legal action, because as such there appears to be no crime involved in both the sides.
