Hello I had a car accident in 2002 and High Court finally passed a judgement in 2022 but failed to appreciate the loss i have incurred. I have now approached the supreme court but my case keeps on getting postponed. I am now 66 yrs of age and with medical issues Is there any way my case be heard on a priority basis in Supreme Court?

These include long pending cases of senior citizens, pensioners and retired Government servants on a priority basis.
