I am a central govt employee posted at Thrissur Kerala. My home town is Khammam Telangana. My father is blind (retinopathy) due to diabetic and my mother is uneducated staying in remote village of Khammam. I brought them Thrissur to take care them. But they were felt lonely and sad since no one is there to speak with them in telugu. Further i were suffered with various minor diseases due to weather changes. Now they are thinking go back to my home town. My organisation has a branch at hyderabad, which is 100km to my hometown. If i get transfer to Hyderabad i can take of my parents nicely. Also Hyderabad has good medical facilities compared to Thrissur. They suffered a lot to provide education to me. Now its my responsibility to take care them. My question is that is it possible to get transfer to Hyderabad? If yes, how to proceed.
