whether that open space belongs to you?if yes you can otherwise not.It would be a case of encroachment of land if you do that.
Residential open space plot
I am from Semi Rural part of Goa.We have our own house and staying for almost past 26 years.next to our plot their is open space area and nothing is grown on that part.i want to know that can i get that plot/can i grow something/plant trees??

no it does not belongs to us its public open space.i mean we r staying in a colony.

my mother used to grow bananas,chilli plantation and some veggies on that open area plot.

you can plant tress for benefit of all members of all the colony . you wont have rights on the fruits grown on the said trees
