After divorce decree there is cooling period of 90 days.
Once 90 days is completed you can perform remarriage.
There is no prescribed waiting period for remarriage after the previous marriage was dissolved by decree of divorce on the grounds of mutual consent. The divorce decree on the grounds of mutual consent cannot be appealed against until and unless there was any fraud played upon court to obtain this judgment Therefore it would be better that the party desirous of remarriage can wait until the copy of the decree is obtained and then proceed with the proposal for remarriage

Dear client
According to the Hindu Marriage Act, there is no mandatory waiting period for remarriage after mutual divorce. Once the divorce decree has been granted by the court, both parties are legally free to remarry.
However, it is important to note that the divorce decree needs to be properly executed, which means that it needs to be signed and stamped by the court. The hard copy of the divorce decree is an important legal document and should be obtained by both parties after it is issued by the court.
It is advisable to wait until the hard copy of the divorce decree is obtained and all legal formalities are completed before remarrying to avoid any legal complications in the future.
