Yes you can. These offences are not heinous crimes and hence there should be no problem.

You are at liberty to travel abroad

I presume no conditions have been imposed restricting travel abroad by the court granting you bail

During pendency of a criminal case, it is always advisable to obtain permission to travel abroad for short visit.

Dear client,

If you are currently out on bail, you should consult with your attorney before traveling to ensure that it does not violate any of the conditions of your bail. Depending on the conditions of your bail, you may need to get permission from the court or the authorities before traveling internationally.

Additionally, if your next hearing is scheduled in mid-September 2023, it may be risky to travel so close to the hearing date, especially if there is a chance of any delays or unexpected events that could impact your ability to return to India in time for the hearing.

It's important to follow any legal requirements or restrictions related to your case and to seek advice from your attorney before making any decisions about travel.

- Yes, if your passport is not impounded by the court , and the Court has not passed its order for bail on the condition that you cannot travel abroad, then you have your legal right to travel .
