Yes we have to send him legal notice for refund...if still he doesn't refund then a recovery suit.

It will cost you around USD 200 or Rs. 16,000/-

You will get the cost recovered in as compensation for legal cost and you will also get some other compensation.

Dear client,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the dealer on IndiaMart. Here are some steps you can take to try and get a refund:

Contact the dealer: Try contacting the dealer through email or the messaging system on IndiaMart again to request a refund. Explain that you did not receive the medicine and that you would like a refund of the payment you made through PayPal. If you have not already done so, you can also open a dispute on PayPal to request a refund.

File a complaint with IndiaMart: If the dealer does not respond or refuses to refund, you can file a complaint with IndiaMart's customer support. They may be able to assist you in getting a refund or resolving the issue with the dealer.

Contact PayPal: If you have opened a dispute on PayPal and the dealer is not responding, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. PayPal may be able to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Seek legal advice: If all else fails, you may want to consider seeking legal advice to see if there are any legal options available to you. However, this may be costly and may not be worth it for the amount of money involved.

The cost of seeking a refund may vary depending on the steps you take and whether you choose to seek legal advice. It's important to weigh the potential costs against the amount of money you paid for the medicine. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in getting a refund.

you can file a complaint with the consumer court in India. The consumer court can then investigate the case and provide an appropriate legal remedy, such as a refund or compensation. The consumer court may also order the seller to deliver the product or service.

Since you have booked the medicine through India mart  then you have to issue a legal notice to the India mart as well as to the dealer about  this deficiency in service.

If you do not get  proper response then you may approach consumer court within your jurisdictions and file a case for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice and for compensation towards the mental agony caused by such failures.

First of all you are not appearing to be serious about your problem because you are asking the same questions without even thinking about taking any action as suggested

Therefore you may first get into action and then see it yourself whether you are able to recover your amount.

The lawyer';s fee will depend on the lawyer you may desire to engage.
